Tandem Jump

The tandem jump is a fast and safe way to discover skydiving without having to attend an actual training course. As such a tandem jump is a popular surprise for bachelor parties or birthdays, and the hero of the day can indeed be brought to the event without any former knowledge. The jump, along with the preparations, takes around two hours.

On a tandem jump the jumper goes up with the club's aircraft alongside other jumpers. Accompanied by an experienced jumpmaster, the way down includes about a minute's worth of freefall and about five minutes of flight under canopy. The jumpmaster takes care of safety during the whole jump, so the tandem jumper can concentrate on the ecstatic speed of the freefall and on the panoramic view during the canopy flight.

The tandem jump is recorded on memory stick or DVD, at which point an experienced jumper comes along for the jump, recording the ambience on the ground, in the airplane and in freefall. Watching the video is a fun program for example on wedding days, in family reunions or during dark autumn evenings.
